4 medium red-skin potatoes, scrubbed and thinly sliced

3 large yellow onions, thinly sliced

1 pound firm tofu

1 12-ounce package extra-firm silken tofu

2 medium yellow onions, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 8-ounce package sliced button mushrooms

1 10-ounce package frozen broccoli, thawed

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried sage

½ teaspoon ground fennel seeds

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

6 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Sea salt to taste

½ teaspoon black pepper
